Day #11-Stack the Wins: Stretch + Heat

Heat plus mobility is a powerful combo. Today, try this stack: five minutes of Low heat ease tension, then remove the wrap and perform a mobility loop-knee extensions, heel slides, quad stretch, and calf stretch. Finish with five more minutes on Medium while seated to seal in comfort. This sandwich approach relaxes tissues, improves range of motion, and helps movement feel safer. Keep reps small and smooth; your goal is fluid motion, not max effort. Over time, the loop becomes automatic, like brushing your teeth for your joints. Consistency is key use your wrap in short sessions, listen to your body, and give yourself time to recover well.
